Ok. This is the plain English guide for the majority of those who have never heard of a Dermaroller before. Written by somebody who hadn’t heard of them a year ago - but now sells them. Hello, I’m Alex Mason. I run the site and am responsible for most aspects of the business. You can look me up on facebook -  I’m right there; I’m real.

When I first heard about Dermarollers I genuinely thought that they sounded a right load of bollox* - probably how most people react. I won’t bore you with the story of how I “discovered” dermarollers. They sounded strange then, and to be honest, they still do.

*For those non Brits: Bollox - The word is often used figuratively in British English, as a noun to mean “nonsense”

Do Dermarollers Work?

You can look it up on the internet, (you’re already there) but customers say they work, doctors say they work, they kind of make sense when you read about them (see our less than plain English How Dermarollers Work page.) and now I’ve used one, I know they work.

So that’s why we sell them. I’m not a doctor, or a beauty expert. I do however have a registered nurse on hand who will answer any of your queries. She has been working full time at the Derbyshire Royal Infirmary for the past 6 years. She has now re-trained as a beauty therapist. And she offers a Dermaroller Service as part of her beauty therapy practice. Ro Freestone is on our about us page and she too can be looked up on facebook - She too is real.

Ro makes sure that if you are struggling to get results, or the treatment is hurting, or one of the other 101 questions people have, she helps by suggesting alternative ways for you to use the device. She delivers treatments herself and is friendly and knowledgeable.

We also encourage you to share your methods and experiences with us and other users. Although we do give you step by step instructions on how to use them, it seems everyone has their own method and our collective experiences are a valuable resource.

What Do Dermaroller Planet Do?

We offer all the information we can find on the subject of skin needling and dermarollers. We will answer any question you ask. We are on hand 24/7 - my mobile is listed in the contact us page and I have a direct skype link on whilst I’m on any network. (Which is more than 9-5 Mon-Sat GMT, much to my girlfriends annoyance!)

We also have experienced users on hand who have been selling Dermarollers for many years. They provide us with valuable experience and know how of how to use a dermaroller, methods and best practice.
