Dermaroller Planet

So who are we? Dermaroller Planet has been set up to provide the widest range of dermarollers, at the best prices possible on the web. We have established manufacturing contacts throughout Asia and Europe, and our range of products is largest on the web.

The company is based in Derby, (UK) which is in the heart of England. As with all companies, the most important part is the people involved. The team consists of three main individuals, who oversee their own staff and departments. If you wish to know anything about us at all, please comment below and we will answer anything you ask. Head Of Operations

Alex is a business graduate who specialises in process management. He is also a qualified financial advisor with several years experience in running his own practice. He  has  been working in e-commerce since the start of 2008 and is delighted to be part of the dermaroller planet team.

Customer Service

Rebecca Fairchild, (Beccy) is responsible for distribution and customer service. She deals with emails and letters and ensures all receive a quick response. If you have any problems at all she is contacted on lookinggood@dermaroller-planet.com. Beccy should be able to help with all of your concerns.

Rebecca also graduated with first class honours in business management. She is currently training part time as a nutritional therapist and is working on launching a new business -  www.healthy-cakes.com.

Medical Support And Treatment

Roanna Freestone (Ro) is our dedicated registered nurse. If you require a clinical standard service, Ro is able to see you at your home and apply the dermaroller treatment as well as a host of other beauty treatments. Our Approach

We have been involved in e-commerce since early 2008. We take the view that although this approach gives us worldwide exposure, everyone likes to have someone - a real person - to talk to if we are unsure of something or we need help. If you were to walk into a clothes shop, you would expect a shop assistant to be on hand if you needed them . You would expect friendly, no-nonsense and un-pushy advice - There should be no difference in the on-line world.

This means that EVERY DAY there is someone on-line to answer your questions. (I’m afraid we sleep too so we promise to be around from 10:00 to 16:00 GMT at the very least) Just look up mason.alexd@googlemail.com in MSN messenger and feel free to Instant message whoever is working in the shop that day.
